  •  TURNAROUND TIME & RUSH ORDERS
    • Please be advised websites takes about 10 - 21 business days. Business days do NOT include weekends or holidays, which makes the turnaround time about 2 - 4 weeks. If all required information is not received in the correct document or in a timely manner, please understand this CAN cause a delay in the turnaround time. YOU WILL NOT BE CONTACTED DURING THE CREATION OF YOUR WEBSITE UNLESS FURTHER INFORMATION UNTIL NEEDED, OR WHEN A TEST COPY IS UP AND RUNNING.​

    • If you need your website in a hurry, you can rush the order for an additional $150. Rush orders have a turnaround time of 7 - 10 business days. This turn around time does NOT include weekends or holidays, which makes the turnaround time about 1 1/2 weeks. Simply select yes on the "Rush Order" selection to take advantage of this option.

  • ADDITIONAL INVENTORY INPUT
    • Cost depends on if you're selling hair items, which require a specific technique to input, or if you have regular inventory such as purses, clothes, shoes, etc. ​

      • Hair Inventory Input: $40 per 5 items or $10 per item

      • All Other Product: $25 per 5 items or $7 per item 

    • To request this service: send an e-mail to thebr3printinfo@gmail.com with your name and order number in the subject line along with the number of items you need to input and specify if they are hair related, or other and we will invoice you the cost. Once paid, you will have to email all products in ONE email with images and details to be input.

  • ADDITIONAL BOOKING SERVICES INPUT​
    • Input: $25 per 5 items or $7 per items
    • To request this service: send an e-mail to thebr3printinfo@gmail.com with your name and company name in the subject line along with the number of items you need to input and we will invoice you the cost. Once paid, you will have to email all products in ONE email with images and details to be input.

  • NEED MORE PAGES/TABS? NO PROBLEM!
    • If you've reached the page/tab limit provided for your website service and want to add more, you can still build on to your site! Each additional tab is $45 and you must email the tab details IN FULL to thebr3printinfo@gmail.com with your name and order number in the subject line and we will invoice you the cost.

  • BE SURE TO PROVIDE ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR YOUR ORDER
    • You are allowed a 7 DAY WINDOW to submit all information needed for your order that you may have left off of your initial order submission. This information can be sent via e-mail to thebr3printinfo@gmail.com. In the subject line, be sure to include your full name followed by the order number. AFTER 7 DAYS, ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE ASSESSED TO ADD ON THE LEFT OUT CONTENT.

    • TURNAROUND TIME MAY BE EXTENDED DEPENDING ON THE LENGTH OF TIME IT TAKES TO ACQUIRE ALL INFORMATION  NEEDED TO COMPLETE PROJECT.

  • ADDING MORE INFORMATION

    • In the event that your package is completed, near completion, or ready to launch and you need to add additional items and/or information that WAS NOT placed on the initial order submission or sent prior to the project start time or notice of completion, you will be subject to pay an additional add-on fee and/or remaining balance due prior to any changes being made to your project.

  • DOMAIN NAME AND HOSTING PACKAGES

    • Domain names and hosting subscriptions ARE NOT included in the price you pay for the initial website design and will have to be purchased separately. These items are purchased prior to site construction and prior to launching the website. If you have your own domain, that is perfectly fine! We can transfer it to the new website. Hosting, however, is a little different and has to be purchased through the provider that the website is built on.  If you already have hosting purchased outside of Wix or Shopify, you will need to contact that hosting company and cancel all hosting services with them. 

  • REFUND POLICY

    • ​There are no refunds allowed on deposits paid, and no refunds allowed on work that has already been started and/or issued out. Remaining balances on deposits are due BEFORE getting login credentials for the website and/or before any websites are transferred to the client. Buyer's remorse is not grounds for a refund under any circumstance.
