Below are a series of Terms and Conditions that have been thoughtfully written and is made effective as of the date of this order by and between you (The Client/Customer) and I (Destiny James of The Br3Print, LLC). It is highly recommended that you carefully read the following terms prior to contacting us or purchasing any service(s). By purchasing, you are consenting to the terms and conditions listed below.
PAYMENTS AND PRICING
All pricing is subject to change at any time and will be effective immediately upon posting on www.brilliantdesignsllc.com. Payment shall be made to The Br3Print, LLC directly through our site via PayPal or Square using any major Debit/Credit Cards. The client agrees to pay The Br3Print, LLC as follows: We require all projects to submit either a 50% deposit or 100% to be paid upfront before any work is begun. If your order is $350 and under, we require the full amount due to be paid. If your order is more than $350 you are required to make a 50% deposit at time of booking. Once all work is completed your remaining balance HAS TO BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE RECEIVING ANY FINAL FILE(S) FOR YOUR ORDER. NO designs will be started without payment. Remaining payments can be paid by returning to the service ordered and choosing the “remaining balance” option or by invoice.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
The Br3Print, LLC does not provide refunds for any of projects unless agreed upon. Wanting to use another business or having buyer’s remorse is not suitable means for a refund. Once payment has been made, the project will begin, and the final design will be returned to the client/customer in the turnaround time frame given (Note: Turnaround times vary amongst projects or amount of projects.) ONCE IN PROGRESSION IF CLIENT PROCEEDS AT ANY TIME DURING THIS CREATION OF THEIR SERVICE TRY TO PROCESS A REFUND OR RETURN OF FUNDS THIS CONTRACT IS CONSIDERED VOID AND SERVICES ARE NO LONGER OBLIGATED TO BE COMPLETED UNLESS OTHERWISE DETERMINED BY THE BR3PRINT LLC.
In the case a client would like to cancel an order they’ve already paid for (either deposit or full amount), The Br3Print WILL NOT refund any payment that has already been received. The only reason any payments will be refunded is if The Br3Print is unable to complete the project due to personal reasons, sickness or injury.
Clients must have your design content, product pictures, names, prices, etc. filled in on the form associated with your service and/or package and any other materials needed to complete your design to (Destiny James at The Br3Print, LLC) within 48-72 hours. If you fail to do so, you will be charged a late fee of $10 for every day your materials are late. The late fee payment must be made before any work may be done on your project. There will be no refunds if you fail to submit your materials and you do not wish to pay the late fee. If you fail to submit your materials and form before 21 days after the date of the initial order form, your services WILL be canceled with NO REFUND issued.
Drafts of ANY kind are used for approval purposes ONLY. Clients must respond back to drafts within 72 hours of receiving them with the terms “Approve” or “Deny”. If your response is “Deny”, you must submit the changes you would like to be made. All drafts are the property of The Br3Print, LLC. They are not to be copied, screenshot, distributed and/or manipulated in any way!
All design services done by The Br3Print, are subject to three (3) free minor revisions (Font, Color, and/or Placement) during the creation period. After those 3 revisions, a fee of $15 will be charged PER revision and the fee must be paid BEFORE any additional revisions are made. Larger scale projects such as web development and branding packages are subject to five (5) free revisions. After those five (5) revisions, a fee of $10 will be charged PER revision and the fee must be paid BEFORE any additional revisions are made. Revisions may cause the turnaround time to be a little longer depending on the revisions requested to be made. Revisions do not include a new concept. If you would like a new concept, you will be required to pay a fee for a new design. This is to ensure that you receive your project(s) within the set turnaround time and to ensure a steady workflow. Clients must respond to emails that contain drafts within 72 hours, to ensure that revisions can be completed and sent back to you in an appropriate amount of time. If you do not respond to emails/messages containing drafts within 72 hours you will be moved to the end of the queue and your order will be completed at a later time. There are absolutely NO refunds on any design work that has been started on or issued out. There is NO STANDARD TURNAROUND TIME ON ANY REVISIONS.
It is important to have some sort of vision for your business so it can be relayed to us clearly. Having a small vision such as colors, font style, vectors/objects to be used or the entire look you're going for makes a BIG difference. If you don't have a vision, it is strongly advised you brainstorm your design before placing an order. FREE-STYLING FOR ANY PROJECT IS NOT AN OPTION! Clients are required to submit all high-quality images/pictures. DO NOT submit any low-quality cell phone images. DO NOT submit Snapchat edited photos, photos with words on them or photos that have been severely edited (Note: Vendor photos/ stock photos are less credible and professional). Clients must ensure ALL text/information given is spell checked, proofread before sending and is not subject to copyright. Trademarks, copyrights, etc. are solely up to the client. If more than five (5) errors are present, clients will be notified, and further work will not begin until everything is corrected and resubmitted. Once your project(s) is completed, you (The client) also give The Br3Print, LLC the right to use for portfolio and/or marketing purposes unless agreed upon otherwise.
After completing your purchase, a design form will be emailed to the client within 1 - 2 business days. The client must complete the form within 2 - 3 business days so the design process can begin. ALL INFORMATION MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING THE FORM. What is submitted on the form is what will be used in the completion of your project. If it is not included in the design form or an additional email, it will not be used in your project. Being as specific as possible will cut out the number of revisions and the turnaround time. The Br3Print, LLC is not responsible for including design requests that were not mentioned in the initial email.
TIMEFRAME TO OBTAIN MATERIALS
If you are not able to fulfill our design content policy, we highly recommend that you wait until you are 100% ready to proceed with ordering any services from this company. The client has a time frame of obtaining materials for the project and/or service requested. If all material needed for the project and/or design is not provided to The Br3Print 21 days following the initial date of the signed agreement, the contract is subject to one of the following: Termination with no obligation of refund or services rendered. Standard turnaround time restarts from the time all material is confirmed to be received by the designer.
It is extremely important that the client allows The Br3Print, LLC to work on their project(s) without interruptions and/or rude comments rushing the designer. If a client is rude and disrespectful, The Br3Print has the right to refuse to work with the client without issuing a refund. Turnaround times can vary depending on the project and/or complexity of the design requested, and the workload at the time of booking. There are NO DEFINITE turnaround times UNLESS A RUSH ORDER is placed and paid for, but estimated turnaround times are included under each product description. Rush orders may vary depending on the service that is being rushed and if all materials were provided in a timely manner. Rush times on services start from the date all materials are given to the designer from the client. Turnaround times on services start from the date all materials are obtained from the client to the designer as well.

Business days do not include weekends, holidays or vacations. If a vacation is near, you will be informed on our website and social media at least a week before. All projects in the queue will resume when the vacation is over. All turnaround times are subject to change and or be delayed depending on the designer and materials obtained from the client and complexity of design services requested. there are absolutely no refunds on any rush fees on any services.
The Br3Print works diligently to get orders out in a timely manner. Please be advised there will not be any constant contact once your order has been submitted or during the creation period of your design. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ORDER IS NOT BEING WORKED ON OR HAS BEEN OVERLOOKED. If you have any questions about your order during this time, no problem, simply email email@example.com and we will be more than happy to give you an update. Orders are created faster and better when there are no constant interruptions. All communication shall be done strictly via email. If at any time you'd like to schedule a phone call to discuss your order, you can do so by sending an email with the time and date preferred, and I will confirm it based on my availability. All things discussed via phone will still need to be submitted in an email as well.
Any illness, injury, fire, death in family, theft and/or computer failure and any other events beyond the control The Br3Print, LLC may result in a delay of an unpredictable time. If any of the mentioned occurs, you will be notified as soon as The Br3Print is able to.
The Br3Print, LLC may provide up to 5 stock images during the process of website designing for a $50 fee. The Br3Print, LLC reserves the right to reuse those stock images for other clients and/or projects. Once used for your design, the images will not belong to you unless you purchased them for your project ahead of time.
It is important that you have some type of vision, color scheme or font in mind when purchasing a design. Free-styling is not an option! Designs should be described thoroughly in forms to avoid any confusion. Once design is finished, a draft will be sent to you for the purpose of approval only. You will receive up to three (3) design options to choose from in your draft. If it is designed to your approval, the watermark will be removed, and you will be sent your final design. There is a three (3) free minor revision limit on all design services. A consultation call may be needed after purchase and upon form completion so that we can get a clear understanding of your vision.
Websites are designed using the following hosting sites: Shopify or Wix. Websites require a lot of detailed information from the client. It is required for clients to fill out the Website Form and be as specific possible, including as much information as you can. Pixelated images or poor-quality cell phone images are NOT permitted, and they will not be used on your website if submitted. Turnaround time begins once all information is received from the client. The Br3Print, LLC is not responsible for any hosting subscription fees or domain registration fees. The Br3Print, LLC is not responsible for design requests that weren’t included in the website form unless a revision or add on fee is paid. A consultation call is also required after purchase and form completion so that we can get a clear understanding of your vision.
The Br3Print offers Branding Packages to help you with all of your social media, website, promoting and marketing needs. ALL packages require an immense amount of communication between the client and designer. A consultation call is required after purchase and form completion so that we can get a clear understanding of your vision. All packages have a turnaround time of 10 - 30 business days depending on the package. If booked, it is important that the client is attentive and supportive in the process to make the process smoother. All communication will be done via email besides the initial consultation call.
Note: All turnaround times are set based on the amount of work that needs to be incorporated in fulfilling the design needs of the package. Be patient and respectful during the process, it is imperative to the total outcome of the projects. Within 72 hours of booking, clients are required to fill out the package form so that we have insight on how to fulfill your design(s). Your project will not begin until form is submitted. A late fee penalty will be charged if your materials are not submitted within 72 hours of booking.
ADDITIONAL EDITING AND CHANGES
Any requested changes to the description of services stated above shall constitute additional editing and may incur additional charges or fees as deemed necessary by The Br3Print, LLC. Turnaround times on all revisions and edits may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the workload at the time of the request. There is NO STANDARD TURNAROUND TIME ON ANY REVISIONS.
TERMINATION OF THIS CONTRACT IS DECIDED UPON COMPLETION OF SERVICES OR IF A REFUND PROCEDURE IS PURSUED AT ANY TIME DURING THE CREATION OF THE PROJECT ONCE WORK HAS BEEN STARTED ON OR ISSUED OUT. AT THAT POINT THIS CONTRACT WILL BE VOID AND TERMINATED AND FURTHER WORK AND OR SERVICES IS NOT OBLIGATED TO BE COMPLETED UNLESS OTHERWISE DETERMINED BY THE BR3PRINT, LLC.
