Website Checklist

If you are looking to or have already ordered a website/website revamp, we need more information from you! Please complete the checklist below, in the​ specified format​ requested. Be as specific as possible. ​Pl​ease understand any information not uploaded in the design form or document submitted, WILL NOT be added to your website. ​ If there is any trouble uploading your materials as a document or in the design form, feel free to email us all materials needed to thebr3printinfo@gmail.com.

 

 

Guidelines you MUST FOLLOW:

➔ Clients are required to submit all high-quality pictures.

➔ DO NOT submit any low-resolution cell phone images (They will NOT be used if submitted).

➔ DO NOT submit Snapchat edited photos, photos with words on them or photos that have been noticeably edited.

➔ Note: Vendor photos/ stock photos are less credible and professional.

➔ It is imperative to be super specific on your product and service descriptions.

➔ The Br3Print LLC is not responsible for doing any math for product pricing. Be sure to account for any add-ons for variants in your product pricing.

➔ Make sure ALL text/information given is spell checked, proofread before sending and is not subject to copyright.

➔ If more than five errors are present, clients will be notified, and further work will not begin until everything is correct.

➔ Once completed, you (the client) also give The Br3Print LLC the right to use for portfolio and/or marketing purposes unless agreed upon otherwise.

➔ Turnaround time begins once all information is received from the client in the correct form.

➔ The Br3Print LLC is not responsible for any monthly fees for subscriptions or domain registration fees. Clients MUST purchase a hosting plan, domain name and a theme (Shopify) before any work can be done on their website.

➔ The Br3Print LLC is not responsible for purchasing any website themes. A theme must be purchased before any work can begin on your website. If no theme is purchased a free theme will be chosen by the designer.

➔ The Br3Print LLC is not responsible for design requests that weren’t included in the design form unless a revision or add on fee is paid.

➔ A 10pt-12pt link will be placed on client’s website crediting the designer. This link may not be removed by the client unless project has been removed or changed.

All information must be neatly typed in ​ONE BIG email​ or a​ Document to be submitted into your questionnaire. DO NOT SEND IN MULTIPLE EMAILS!

Please do not send any screenshots of text or pictures of anything handwritten. ALL TEXT MUST BE TYPED OUT!

 

Please include the following items in your document:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Email Address

  • Business Name and Slogan

  • Business Type

  • Website login and password (ONLY if you’ve ordered a website revamp)

  • Information About Brand/Company

  • Brand Colors

  • Product Names, Variants, Prices, Pictures and Quantities (For e-commerce sites ONLY)

  • Service Names, Variants, Prices, Pictures and Time Availability (For service-based sites ONLY)

  • Professional Logo (Transparent PNG Version (WITHOUT background))

  • Links to social media (NOT social media handles)

  • Refund/Exchange Policy

  • Shipping Policy (if applicable)

  • Frequently Asked Questions

  • Business Contact Information

  • Business Hours/Business Location (if applicable)

  • About Me/Us Information (if applicable)

  • Additional Page Information (may submit a layout on how you would like pages designed)

  • Signed Contract (Can be found on website design form that will be sent to you after purchase)

  • Submitted Website Design Form with document/images attached

 

IF YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS OR ADD-ONS, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO INCLUDE THAT IN THE EMAIL OR WORD DOCUMENT. IF ALL OF THE NECESSARY INFORMATION IS NOT RECEIVED IN THE CORRECT FORM, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS CAN CAUSE A DELAY IN YOUR DESIGN TURNAROUND TIME.
